My friendly sessions run from my private gym or garden in Hagley, and include your own bespoke training plan to ensure you reach your goals, along with nutritional advice and home workouts if required. I will ensure your programme is manageable and sustainable as you will be making lifelong changes not short term ones which you cannot maintain. 
Group sessions are also available if you wish to train with a partner or friends.
