I have
enjoyed the benefits of exercise on a regular basis for over 30 years. Throughout this period I have
been involved in most forms of exercise including competitive fitness shows,
group classes, and functional fitness. This
wealth of experience combined with my fitness qualifications provides a basis
to offer personal training which is effective and enjoyable.
I believe that exercise can have a positive role in everyone’s life, but everyone is different, therefore I focus on creating plans and offering classes which are sustainable and fulfilling. |
