CIRCUIT TRAINING
This relaxed friendly group runs every Tuesday evening 6.30 pm at Haybridge Sports Centre, Hagley. In the Summer months these classes are held on Haybridge School playing field, weather permitting. This classic class is open to men and women, and is a fantastic way to boost your overall fitness and strength whilst helping you tone up and shed fat.
Suitable for beginner to advanced exerciser, this class allows you to workout at your own level, sessions include cardio blasts and strength and endurance exercises using resistance bands and body weight.
