Join a small friendly group for a relaxed workout where you will work at your own pace to get your body back.  During the class you will increase your fitness and strengthen and tone your body whilst blasting fat.

Full body outdoor workout working at your own pace as easier and harder exercise options are given.  You will increase fitness, strengthen and tone  your body whilst blasting fat. 

 

RESISTANCE BAND FAT BLAST & BODY TONE

 

Wednesday 9.15 am, 

In my garden in Hagley and via Zoom

 

Join our small friendly class using resistance bands and cardio to take your fat burning and full body toning to the next level and increase your calorie burn for hours after the workout.  

 


 


 


 

SMALL GROUP FAT BLASTING  TRAINING SESSION (UP TO 7 PEOPLE)

 

9.15 am Monday and 9.15 and 10 am Friday in my garden in Hagley or via Zoom

 

Small Group Training Sessions.  Forty-five minutes of high intensity exercise using body weight and cardio to increase fitness, core and whole body strength whilst blasting fat.

 

PRIVATE PERSONAL TRAINING SESSIONS

 

Monday to Saturday
Private Gym or Garden in Hagley.

 

With over 25 years experience, I will guide and support you through the long lasting changes you will make to your body and lifestyle.  Training sessions are held in my own private gym where I will tailor your personal programme to achieve your goals, whether it is to lose weight and body fat, tone and define your body, build muscle and strength, improve fitness and flexibility or all of the above whilst increasing your vitality.  I am also qualified to train pre and postnatal, children and people with medical conditions, exercise and a good diet is now shown to improve and sometimes cure certain conditions.
