IN THE NEWS TODAY "SCHOOL GIRLS DON`T DO ENOUGH EXERCISE"

Unlike boys, high school girls do not do enough exercise to keep them fit and healthy.  Children and young adults should do 1 hour per day of moderate exercise (something to get them out of breath) each day for good health.  Let`s try to get them to do a little more exercise by encouraging them to walk to school where possible, attend a sports or dance class after school, or try to encourage them to attend an exercise class.  All children and teens are welcome to come along to my Circuit Training Class on Tuesday evenings 7 pm at Haybridge Sports Centre, I have found this is a great way to spend time with your children whilst you both get the benefit of some valuable exercise.
